Dedicated web hosting is where a single server hosts one customer. None of the resources are shared with any other customers which are great for larger web sites. The major drawback for dedicated web hosting is increased prices.

What control panels are offered with your hosting packages?

All packages use CPANEL which we feel offers many more features compared other control panels. CPANEL allows you to setup email accounts, access mail via web browser, add/modify subdomains, see log files, work with MySQL databases using PhpMyAdmin, setup Cron Jobs, and much more.

Does UNFLUX.net offer multi-domain hosting?

With each of our packages, there is the option to host a number of additional, or addon domains, utilizing the same account. The number of additional domains depends on on the package that was purchased with us.

How do I set up additional domains under my account?

Once logged into cPanel, click into "Addon Domains." Type in the domain name you wish to add to your account and click Add. This will create a folder under your main UNFLUX.net hosting account for this site, and you can upload your site's files to that new folder. You can view this folder when logged into FTP or in the File Manager through cPanel.

Can I get a dedicated IP Address for my website?

At this time we do not issue dedicated IP addresses for virtual web hosting accounts.

If I need more bandwidth or web space do I need to upgrade to a larger package or can I simply pay more to increase the quotas?

At this time we feel it would be in your best interest to simply upgrade to the next package as overall it would be cheaper for you compared to buying individual upgrades. If there are no packages that can accommodate what you need we urge you to contact us so we can then develop a new package to suit your needs.

Does UNFLUX.net offer SSH or JailShell?

All accounts will have access to a restricted shell account which will give basic functionality and ensure privacy of other customers on the server.
