Hello,

I emailed you this weekend with this inquiry and didn't hear back from you so I am going to ask now.

I wanted to close my account before I got charged again for the next 6 months, but I didn't get to it in time. Is there a way to have my account closed with a full refund?

Sorry, but we do not handle billing inquiries from the forum. Please send an email to our billing or support area from the email address that was used to open the account stating your request, and we'll take a look at the situation. Thanks.

You were a really good hosting service, I just found a better deal elsewhere that had a few incentives that I couldn't pass up.
