A few questions

Hey UNFLUX (Brian if I remember correctly) :)

I have a few questions as I have proposed my boss to move all our stuff to you guys fro GoDaddy.

We have multiple domains right now. Will it be easy to set-up each one independently without much hassle? Cause with GoDaddy right now my ftp program and their ftpClient thing show two totally different worlds for even the same domain name. It has become increasingly frustrating and I'm ready to drop them personally.

Basically I when I log in with Cyberduck (Mac) I see first thing some folders, one being httpdocs. When I click on that folder all the domains files and folders are there. Perfect right? And everyhting show up correctly in the browser. Perfect.

Now when I log into their ftpClient I see only files for this domain, BUT they are all the OLD files from long ago. This = WRONG!. and all thefolders I created in Cyberduck are not there. See in all actuality these are basically two different server worlds. I don't get it.

Will it be simpler with you guys? I haven't done multiple domains with you guys so far and it would be great if it's very simple to do.

Please let me know. I'll try and get you on AIM UNLFUX soon.

for the domain question, are you wanting to have all the sites under one account? if you want them all under one account, the ftp is pretty simple the main account is what you use for ftp. and all the sites under it are listed as subfolders. you can then set permissions and logins to those folders as you wish. or just manage them all from the main account. the file manager in cpanel handles the files and folders just like ftp so there are no differences in that regard.
