I just ordered the Standerd Package and I payed for a full year. So it was around $134.40. At the price of 11.20 a month. Now on your order form it says

Pay yearly, get 3 months free!

When does that take effect?

Is that just some marketing sceam that says if you pay yearly you will save as if you were paying for only 9 months? It doesnt really matter but just wanted to know.

Your yearly fee includes a 30% discount, which figures out to be around 3 months worth of full price fees for free. In your case with the Standard plan, if you were to pay month to month, your monthly price would be $16.

$16 x 12 months = $192.

Therefore your savings is $192 - 134.40 = $57.60

In actuality, you are getting more than 3 months because $16 x 3 = $48. The difference of almost $10 makes you closer to having 4 months free. make sense?
