hey, I messed up. I thought for some reason I was setting up a forum account. I don't want to change my domain host at all. Can this transaction be cancelled? possibly refunded? I did this last night. I'll pm you my domain name if you can help.

If you wish to cancel, simply send a reqeust via email to our billing department from the email address that was used to set up the account with us. Thanks.

I sent an e-mail to billing, The e-mail was returned and the reason was that the mailbox was full. How often do they check their mail and do they ever read the forums here?

I'm not sure what address you used, but I just verified that email to billing AT unflux.net works just fine. Please retry sending the request.

To this point, we have not received anything regarding a cancellation. In regards to the forum, we cannot accept official requests for account info or status from here.
