I have had enough trouble with my site, email, and unflux being up and down that I've just found new hosting. I went ahead and purchased for 1 year, so please cancel my hosting account as of December 31, 2007. Thank you. You have been a great host up until this point, and I didn't know whether you were ever coming back online.

We certainly understand your frustration of the last few days, but we were experiencing intermittent hardware failure. We are confident that the problem is resolved and we are back to the reliable service that you have come to know.

We feel that we have resolved the issue in a timely manner given all the circumstances. It is unfortunate that you do not feel the same. We hope that we can prove this to you in the coming days and you will reconsider.
