During this last week many of you may have noticed that one of our servers is having some problems. This is causing some sites to have some intermittent downtime, and we would like to apologize for the inconvenience. The server in question is having hardware issues and we are working to completely resolve these problems. While we believe the downtime shouldn't be a problem anymore, we will continue to monitor the situation and if all else fails we will be replacing the problem server with a completely new one.

As always (even when things seem good), I would recommend you backup your websites files and databases just in case our server ever has a permanent hardware failure where data is not recoverable. While I do not think this will happen, everyone should always prepare for the worst no matter which host you are with.

Just a heads up we did schedule some downtime this morning. We needed to do some hard drive repairs/maintenance which required us to bring down the servers. Everything should be back up now.
