Hello, I am seriously considering purchasing space here, and I was hoping that some customers could give me some feedback as to quality of service, downtime, and support.

Looking over the forums briefly it appears that the few problems that have been posted seem to been resolved quickly, while most appeared to be problems on the users end.

The hosting is excellent value for money. The cpanel is easy to use, and lots of features are available. And the service has been excellent: they've been able to overcome several areas of my own personal incompetence

This hosting is very good, and I would recommend it. It's easy to use. The service is fast, and they have been able to answer all of my questions so far. I haven't had any problems.
