What happens if I were to sign up for a full year of hosting, then found (for whatever reason) that I was unhappy with the service provided? Do you offer any sort of a trial period or money back guarantee?

If you are unsure that our services are what you are looking for, we recommend simply signing up for a monthly plan and give it a trial of 30 days. If within that period of time you wish to cancel, you may do so for the full refund. We have some stipulations to prevent abuse of this system, however if you are generally unhappy with the service, there will be no questions asked.

If you wish to stay on board with us, once you have gone past the trial or at any time during, simply let us know that you wish to upgrade your billing to a yearly plan and we will either bill the difference or start your year from the renewal date.
