What exactly have you done to uninstall and remove the cart? You should be able to remove the cart right from cpanel. Have you dropped the db in myphpadmin? or tried deleting the dirs that agora creates when installing? More details would help. If you haven't tried removing it from Cpanel please try the following: In Cpanel click on the link that says:

Agora Shopping Cart

In that area you should see something that says:

"Modify an existing Cart"

Click on the link there and see if you can remove it that way. Please let me know if it worked for you. Thanks!

yeah, see, here's the part where I make myself look like a fool. :D

I logged in to the shopping cart to see if there was a way to delete it or remove or whatever, but couldn't find that option anywhere. So I decided to try my luck at just removign the directory it was installed in. Of course, only some of the files got deleted, and the others couldn't be deleted. So now, I can't even log back in to the shopping cart or anything. I feel like a total tard here....

This is strange, because I just created and deleted a cart without any problem, simply by deleting the directory I installed the cart to via ftp. What ftp program are you using? If you are using the file manager through cpanel, this may be why you are not able to remove it.
