I am not sure if it is something I didn't do that I had done previously or whether it needs to be done at the backend.

I have urchin stats available for one of my addon domains and the most recent one I added doesn't seem to get urchin stats at all.

I sent an email to the gethelp address (I guess that doesn't get read or isn't forwarded properly), so am checking on here if there is something I need to do specifically within my cpanel etc.

Most likely this has to do with our urchin licensing. Let me see if I can clear one up for you.
