my website is down and I have no clue why? I went to my site and it says it was suspended?

I tried to e-mail you at the e-mail you sent my account info to and the one it says on the site and it got returned to me saying the e-mail isn't valid??

I can't log into my account even.

I am not a very happy customer right now
