Hello

Postby tbowick on Tue Jul 27, 2004 10:43 pm

Hi, I'm Tony.
I saw your services in the Ozzu Web Hosting forum. I was looking for some help on setting up my own web server and PHPbb. Spent loads of time setting it all up and learning the ropes and troubleshooting. After all the time spent, I learned that my ISP blocks ports to prohibit any kind of server from running through their networks. What a DRAG. Well, in searching for info on how to do it myself, I saw the post "kudos to Unflux." So I decided to bite it and sign up for your hosting. I just did it tonight, so I'll let you know how I like it (or not) later. :)

Looking forward to doing business with you.

Thanks.

Tony

Hey everyone,

minimalistik here. My real name is Mike, im 16 and I live in Sydney. Started with html in late 2003, started with flash in early 2004, currently learning and improving on photoshop/illustrator work and hopefully, build a portfolio of work and get proper hosting from Unflux.net some time later in the near future.

Why i am here?
I have quite found Unflux's hosting packages to be worth better for your money. I could have easily just went to mediumcube, flashlevel or (mt) but the prices don't seem to equal what you get. Other than that, Unflux has been a Kirupa homeboy, even though i may not know him personally, he has personal skills with web-development and hes geninue one would see.

Hope your still around the Kirupa forum Unflux, I guess with running the hosting service kills most of your time.
