users a clear understanding of what UNFLUX.net expects of
them while using the service. All users of UNFLUX.net's
Internet services: those who access some of our Services
but do not have accounts, as well as those who pay a service
fee to subscribe to the Services, must comply with this
AUP and our TOS (Terms of Service).

of this site indicates your acceptance of these Terms

information to UNFLUX.net indicates acceptance of these
Terms and Conditions of Use. These Terms and Conditions
of Use shall supercede any subsequent terms or conditions

or conditions are signed by UNFLUX.net. UNFLUX.net reserves
the right to make changes to this site and these Terms
and Conditions of Use at any time.
As a matter of confidence in our services
and reliability, we extend to our customers this Service
Level Agreement (SLA) which describes the service
level guarantees provided to you by UNFLUX.net. This
SLA applies to Internet data transmission and equipment
performance from any and all data centers owned or operated,
by UNFLUX.net as specifically pertains to the Shared
and Dedicated Server hosting accounts.
• Privacy Policy
We respect and are committed to protecting
your privacy, and that is why we have adopted this Privacy
Policy. This Privacy Policy lets you know how your personal
information is processed and used. We promise that we will
take steps to use your personal information only in ways
that are compatible with this Privacy Policy. The following
policies are only in effect for the Web pages, newsletters,
discussion lists and opt-in announcement lists owned and
operated by UNFLUX.net. The following discloses our Privacy
Policy.
This Hosting Agreement governs your purchase
and use, in any manner, of all web hosting services, including
the Shared Hosting Services and the Dedicated Hosting Services,
(collectively, the "Services") as described in
the Order Form, ordered by you and accepted by Host Depot,
and describes the terms and conditions that apply to such
purchase and use of the Services.
